Lovely room with an amazing outside bathtub. The shower lacked hot water during our stay, which was disappointing.

We had a great stay for 3 nights! The location was fantastic, close to vibrant nightlife and delicious restaurants. Our suite was spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, and the staff were always available, helping us book local tours with ease.

The bed could have been more comfortable.

We enjoyed our mornings with made-to-order breakfast that was fresh and delightful. The location is perfect for exploring Tulum, and we took a memorable tour of the nearby lagoon, where we saw turtles and vibrant birds. Our kid loved it too!

Loved the small but cozy atmosphere! The breakfast each morning was pretty satisfying, and the spacious rooms made our stay enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, though.

Despite its charm, one downside was the lack of reliable Wi-Fi in the rooms, and cold water from the taps was a bit frustrating. However, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the location was superb for accessing local dining options.

I stayed in the Superior Double Room, and it felt really cozy! The bed was super comfortable, and I loved having a cute balcony to chill on. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver after a hot day exploring Tulum. Only downside was that the shower had a weird hot water situation, but everything else was solid. Overall, a lovely place to relax after a busy day.

It was just a fitting option for an overnight stopping in Tulum with best value for money ratio. Renting bikes from the hotel made exploring the area super easy and saved us a lot of time. Make sure to check local taco places nearby.
